References to SafeWork NSW licensing, asbestos regulation, waste classification and council approval pathways are included to help you understand the process. Those requirements change and they vary by site. Verify anything you intend to rely on with the relevant authority.
Enquiries are not contracts
Submitting an enquiry is a request to be contacted about a site assessment and a price. It does not create a contract for pool removal work, does not book anything, and commits you to nothing.
Any contract for pool removal is formed directly between you and the independent contractor who quotes the job. We are not a party to it.
Pricing information
Cost figures on this site, including the ranges on the cost page, are indicative 2026 planning bands to help you budget. They are not offers and not quotes. Only the written price issued by a contractor after a site assessment binds anyone.
Approvals
Nothing on this site should be read as a promise that any approval will be granted, or granted within any timeframe. Development consent, complying development certificates and asbestos-related approvals are decided by councils, accredited certifiers and regulators — not by contractors and not by this website.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published on it. Nothing here excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
