Do you remove pools in Camden and Oran Park?
Yes, including newer fibreglass and concrete pools in the growth estates, where smaller lots can mean narrow side access.
What about older Bankstown and Fairfield pools?
Older concrete pools on post-war blocks are common. Many are being removed for granny flats, duplex redevelopment or simply more yard.
Is full removal needed for a duplex redevelopment?
